Tiresias is a quick scan tool for regional policy makers to compare the effects of measures and developments for the argumentation of strategic choices.

It has been developed for the Dutch Ministry of Public Works, regional directorate South Holland in the Netherlands, with both a transport model and a separate module to estimate the effects in terms of road safety, noise and air pollution.

Tiresias visualizes its results in absolute values, functions scores and maps.
